Brain Barf: My Animation Blog

This is my progress reel from classes 1 and 2 for Animation Mentor. It’s pretty gross animation, but I see it as my badge of courage representing all of the head scratching. I’m proud of how much I’ve been able to learn over the past 2 years.

This is an “animatic” for a commercial that I made a while back for a local radio station contest.    It didn’t win, but I take solace in the fact that they aren’t on the air anymore.  Obviously because they didn’t air my commercial…

There are definitely alot of issues with it, but it was a good learning experience and since my trial version of Flash has run out, it will exist as is forever.

This was all done in flash, but as you can probably tell, the last section were frames “rendered” in 3dsmax.  (I use the term render very loosely as in I just clicked “render”)
